BROWAR PUB RULES AND GUIDELINES

FOR EVENT PARTICIPANTS

Dear Guests

the following rules and regulations have been drawn up to ensure the highest standard of our services, security and pleasant experience for all guests and staff. When you enter the Browar Pub, you agree to be bound by the rules and regulations contained within this document. Non-compliance may lead to your immediate expulsion from the club.

ADMITTANCE

1. Admission to events organized by Browar Pub is possible for:

persons with valid Student ID cards, valid admission tickets for the event, invitations issued by the organizer of the event, Browar Pub stamp
representatives of mass media with valid accreditation for the event
representatives of civil and medical services authorized to conduct control procedures, only with valid ID cards and after consultation with the organizer of the event.

2. Admission to concerts organized by Browar Pub is possible for:

persons with valid admission tickets for the concert,
representatives of mass media with valid accreditation for the concert
representatives of civil and medical services authorized to conduct control procedures, only with valid ID cards and after consultation with the organizer of the event.

3. Admission to events organized by Browar Pub is not allowed for:

persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug
persons listed in the Register of Police Chief
persons that are not allowed in by the supervisor of the event or manager of the pub. The supervisor and the manager are not obliged to give the reasons of their decision.

4. The participants of events agree to grant the Browar Pub the right and permission to use and publish photographic portraits or pictures or any image taken in the Browar Pub in which the participants may be included intact or in part. Browar Pub reserves the rights to use such portraits, photographs and images for marketing purposes.

SAFETY RULES

1. The participants of the event are obliged to observe strictly the hereby stated rules.
2. The participants of mass events are obliged to act in a way which will not threaten the safety of other persons.
3. Persons under the age of 18 years have no admission to the events.
4. Participants of the event are obliged to strictly follow the instructions of the event supervisor and/or security members.
5. The safety of the participants of the event is provided by the event security members.
6. It is forbidden to bring any alcohol and intoxicating substances to the event.
7. It is forbidden to have or bring explosives, tools and any other items that may threaten the safety of other persons.
8. The forbidden items will be confiscated by security members and delivered to the competent authorities.
9 . Smoking is allowed only in specially designated zones.
10. It is not allowed to enter the dancing floor with drinking glass.
11. Additionally, it is forbidden to:

enter the restricted areas
throw any items
sell, advertise, canvass or collect money ithout the permission of the organizer of the event

12. Persons failing or refusing to comply with the above SAFETY RULES will be expelled from the premises of the event or handed over to the police.
13. Should any dispute arise concerning the matters which are not specified by these rules, the final decision belongs to the organizer of the event.
14. Failure to comply with these rules may result in criminal liability
