1. Notifications will be sent to the e-mail address that has been submitted by the subscriber during the process of registration. The messages contain information about current Browar Pub’s activities – up-to-date programme, events, news, etc.
2. Delivery of the notification is free of charge and has a form of an e-mail or SMS. Notifications are not regular and their frequency depends on the activities of The Browar Pub Słodownia.
3. The registered subscriber may change the address of delivery submitted during registration process, any time he or she wants to. One can also resign at any time from receiving notifications altogether by filling and submitting the appropriate form.
4. By acceptance of these Terms of Use the subscriber confirms that he or she is formally 18 years old and gives permission to use their personal information for the purpose of the newsletter and notifications delivery and to receive commercial information.
5. Browar Pub Słodownia will not share the e-mail addresses of the newsletter subscribers with any third parties.
6. Browar Pub Słodownia reserves right to unilaterally amend the provisions of these Terms of Use for either technical or organizational reasons.
